If a product you've ordered turns out to be out of stock, we'll cancel that portion of your order, refund what you paid for it, and let you know if a similar product is available instead.
Products remain the property of Go Second OPC until payment has been received in full.
Payment and Subscriptions
Payment is processed through the payment methods available at checkout. Card details are transmitted using secure encryption and aren't stored on our servers; the payment gateway you use is responsible for the transaction itself, and its own terms apply to that transaction. You represent that you're authorized to use whatever payment method you provide. If you sign up for a recurring or subscription order, you agree to keep your payment and contact details current so we can continue billing and delivering without interruption.
Local Charges
Depending on where you're located, local charges such as taxes or customs duties may apply on top of the listed price. These charges are your responsibility.
Shipping and Delivery
Shipping timeframes given at checkout or in confirmation emails are estimates, not guarantees. We're not liable for delays caused by couriers, customs processing, weather, or other circumstances outside our control.
Returns and Refunds
If a product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us at info@gutchoices.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue, and we'll work with you on an exchange or refund. Products must be unused and in their original packaging to qualify. Shipping costs, both original and return, generally aren't refundable.
